NatureGuard is the best pest control company we’ve used - and we’ve tried several. Their products work as well as or better than any of the others. Their techs are ALWAYS very friendly and professional. They schedule a time window and are reliable to arrive when anticipated. They check in advance to confirm the time, and they’re flexible if we need them to change their schedule. They always treat the exterior including the lawn, and brush webs and insect junk off the house pretty thoroughly!! Upon request, they will treat the garage and the interior as well as an upper deck out back.

And they WILL re-treat if we need it. They have, a few times, when the bugs were just terrible outside!

It happens that Cody was our tech today. He was great! - it seems to me that they all are.

We switched to Nature Guard years ago, after using several other services in town - many very long-time, established pest control companies with great reputations - all who simply did not do a good job. NatureGuard is the BEST we’ve had, period!!

I HIGHLY recommend NatureGuard. They are the best we’ve used, again after trying several!! A+++ from me.

Been having a huge bug problem since August of 2022 when the next door neighbors moved in and out with their German cockroaches. We have failed ever since then to get rid of them. All the other roaches were gone... just not the Germans. 😵‍💫 Neeless to say I have been beside myself. I was told it was a totally different treatment that they would have to do to handle the German cockroaches. I had to take all of the face plates off the light sockets throughout the entire house. Move all of my dishes and clear out everything from the pantries and cupboards. It was one hard job. I am 63 years old, have a husband who recently had a stroke and diagnosed with dementia. My 38-year-old son passed away recently and I'm raising his 9-year-old daughter. Life has been extremely hard. In walks Andrew from nature guard pest & lawn. I was a complete mess, having spent the entire night trying to get ready for this treatment. I was an emotional wreck. Andrew is an absolute saint. He went above and beyond any job at pest control. He was kind, compassionate, understanding and just an all-around wonderful human being. He took care of everything in my house. He took the time to explain to me the how's and why's of these nasty bugs. He tolerated my incessant crying and talking. He walked me through everything I needed to do as follow up. There are simply not enough words of praise that I could possibly think of to say how much Andrew did for me. He actually cared about everything that I was going through. What an excellent employee! Truly an asset to nature guard pest and lawn control. I've seen a few random cockroaches that I'm sure are in the process of dying. But I have faith that my German cockroach problem has come to an end. Thank you Andrew. Six stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Terrence came out today and sprayed my house and yard. He was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. He did a wonderful job. Above and beyond anyone else. From now on I request Terrance to come to my house. Thank you so much Terrence for all your work and kindness.

To say that the tech Jacob did a great job is a huge understatement. For the most part, Nature Guard Pest & Lawn techs do a good job but Jacob exceeded my expectations with his knowledge and expertise. He treated my yard with the upmost care. I love Nature Guard and the fact that they not only treat around my house but also my lawn! They are the only company of the several I have tried that have completely eliminated the ridiculous ant problem inside my house! Matthew came out today and he went above and beyond. This is my new review 10/24/2024:
Justin was the only person in 5 years to identify where the yellow jackets were entering our house every fall. This year, we kept count and I killed 50+ in 2 days! We have had multiple people across multiple companies try to solve this mystery to no avail. Justin was very knowledgeable and was determined to do what so many others had not - end the yellow jacket invasion! I have always been pleased with Nature Guard, they are the only company that successfully eliminated my ant problem and the only company that figured out my yellow jacket problem! We’ve been using NatureGuard for 3 years now and we’re consistently happy with our service. Our most recent visit was a free re-service in between our regular bi-monthly treatments because we noticed a sudden issue with gnats. Our tech Austin was friendly, professional, and thorough as he worked through our interior and exterior treatments. It’s been about 48 hours since his visit and we haven’t seen a single gnat! He was able to quickly identify them as fungus gnats from our house plants and treated the soil on all of our plants to resolve the issue. Thanks again, Austin!

I’ve had a fruit fly problem and could NOT figure out where they were coming from. The woman who answered the phone was so kind and asked me some questions like if I had any potatoes that weren’t in an airtight container or fruit sitting out. She was very thorough and gave some great advice but I had tried a lot of the things. She was incredibly helpful. They sent someone out THE SAME DAY to do a full inspection and see exactly what we were dealing with. He said they were for sure fruit flies and not drain flies which can be easily confused and when he couldn’t figure it out, he even took time to make some calls to make sure we exhausted all options. They ended up spraying and recommending we get rid of some plants. The next day I hardly saw any fruit flies. Definitely recommend them!

Austin was very nice and professional. This service works very well and we now have several dead insects outside our house. They do a very thorough job! Just moved into a rental house and was in need of a pest control company. I called Nature Guard and they were able to get me started right away. The initial service was very detailed. So glad we went with Nature Guard! Josh was great - super knowledgeable and courteous! We haven't lived in the area for super long but having a local and trustworthy company was important to us. Josh was both professional and personable and explained what he was doing and the products he was using. I was genuinely surprised at how thorough he was & I'm SO excited to live BUG FREE!!! I recommend this company for your pest control needs. They charge a reasonable fee to come by every two weeks to spray and remove all wasps nests, dirt dauber homes, and spider webs. They use a natural formula so I feel better about my impact on the environment. They always keep you updated on when your service is scheduled and they arrive timely. Recently they've given out sticky traps which are great for areas like the garage and attic. I noticed a dramatic decrease in the number of insects that have gotten inside in the last year I've been a customer. If you're looking for a quality company to help keep your home pest free I'm not sure you are going to do much better in the Bartlesville, OK area!

These guys have been servicing my home for over a year and they have always been fantastic. This particular visit the technician offered to put out a couple sticky traps in the garage as well because this time of year more things will try to come into my house. I have Nature Guard come out every two months just to keep ahead of things. Dylan did a spectacular job. He was very personable and professional. He checked our glue traps and adjusted our outside treatments to work a bit differently. This is a great company and I’m happy with their services.

Excellent service with uncommon customer service these days. Polite and eager to listen and eliminate or control every issue I have had with my home, garage and lawn.
