While taking my daughter to school I encountered one of the company vehicles. The driver was not able to navigate the roundabout and the brake checked me while in the center of the roundabout. Terrible!!!
Justin and trainee are very courteous and go about there work spray where you want them to, send pictures of the person who is suppose to show up.remove web, wasps nest, take extra care with yard and home.

Cody always does such a great job. I used another pest company for a year before starting with Nature Gaurd. I was shocked after a full year of regular service I was still constantly finding living bugs inside. A few months after starting with Nature Gaurd they were gone! I don’t know what the difference is, but it works!

Eric Putman came to my house to spray today and to please my husband is a huge task and Eric did just that. He sprayed everywhere, put chemicals and layed glue traps without even asking if we wanted it. We want Eric all the time now please. 5 stars for Eric. Give him his bonus.

Hi The technician Eric whom services my house this morning did an upstanding job. He was friendly, answered my concerns and very professional I did appreciate his work thank you and see you in 2 month.
Been having a huge bug problem since August of 2022 when the next door neighbors moved in and out with their German cockroaches. We have failed ever since then to get rid of them. All the other roaches were gone... just not the Germans. 😵💫 Neeless to say I have been beside myself. I was told it was a totally different treatment that they would have to do to handle the German cockroaches. I had to take all of the face plates off the light sockets throughout the entire house. Move all of my dishes and clear out everything from the pantries and cupboards. It was one hard job. I am 63 years old, have a husband who recently had a stroke and diagnosed with dementia. My 38-year-old son passed away recently and I'm raising his 9-year-old daughter. Life has been extremely hard. In walks Andrew from nature guard pest & lawn. I was a complete mess, having spent the entire night trying to get ready for this treatment. I was an emotional wreck. Andrew is an absolute saint. He went above and beyond any job at pest control. He was kind, compassionate, understanding and just an all-around wonderful human being. He took care of everything in my house. He took the time to explain to me the how's and why's of these nasty bugs. He tolerated my incessant crying and talking. He walked me through everything I needed to do as follow up. There are simply not enough words of praise that I could possibly think of to say how much Andrew did for me. He actually cared about everything that I was going through. What an excellent employee! Truly an asset to nature guard pest and lawn control. I've seen a few random cockroaches that I'm sure are in the process of dying. But I have faith that my German cockroach problem has come to an end. Thank you Andrew. Six stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Update:Terrence came out today and sprayed my house and yard. He was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. He did a wonderful job. Above and beyond anyone else. From now on I request Terrance to come to my house. I have lived in this area for almost 4 years, I employed this service upon moving into a new home. I am extremely happy with their products. Today, I was home and saw Micheal spraying my back porch, I love not having to worry about insects. The best part is my outside patios, windows, and all overhangs are swept clean so everything looks very well kept. Great job!
Not happy with today’s service. Technician didn’t seem interested in figuring out the knot problem. Said they are dead. Sorry were. Didn’t have anything to treat them. Someone said needs to get some and come back. If not I’ll find a company that can.
Nature Guard did our initial service today after being unhappy with a previous pest control company. Cody came out to perform the service and he was excellent! He went above and beyond what I've experienced from pest control companies in the past. He was very knowledgeable and his customer service was excellent. The person we called to set everything up (I think her name was Amber?) was also amazing. She made the process so easy and was able to get us scheduled quickly.

Just had another Pest Control service by Nature guard. We've been using them for years and they've done an amazing job keeping bugs out of our house- which is goal number one! If we ever do have any little spiders that are making it past the barrier, they're quick to come in and spray, but that's a seasonal rarity. Today, we had Terrence and he was exceptionally pleasant (as all staff members are that we run into) friendly, polite, very, very thorough!

I bought my home 2 years ago in a pretty rough condition. Previous owner had many different bug issues inside and out. NG came to treat the property initially, and everything was eradicated fairly quickly. They've continued bimonthly service ever since and our home hasnt had a single issue since! Yay! Our tech, Mike, does a great job at spraying our perimeter, and sweeping around the outside to keep the home looking good, and friendly to chat with.They are always prompt with concerns and calls. We have been using Nature Guard for about 6 months now and have appreciated their customer service and commitment to quality. Our tech, Eric Putnam, takes his time in applying treatments and is very friendly.
Terrance went above and beyond today during my service appointment. He took care of my house and was kind to me and my pup. He even reminded me to open the garage and replace the sticky traps. He was clear in explaining what he did was very friendly. Nature guard has been quick to respond to any of my requests/questions.
Chance always does a very thorough job and gets great results inside and out!

The technician who does the house is Cody Wilson. he is personable and sweet plus respectful.He seems very concerned to make sure that everything is to my specifications. he is very quick and efficient and even does a little extra to help me to control my wasp Situation. He sprays my attic and cleans the eaves.I trust this service and highly recommend them to anyone looking to get rid of creepy pests!
To say that the tech Jacob did a great job is a huge understatement. For the most part, Nature Guard Pest & Lawn techs do a good job but Jacob exceeded my expectations with his knowledge and expertise. He treated my yard with the upmost care. The sad thing I left out in the beginning was his professionalism. He was super super professional. It’s too bad 5 Stars was the maximum rating we could give because he deserved more stars than I was allowed to give. Thank you Nature Guard Pest & Lawn and thanks again Jacob!

Just had Michael (my technician) come back out for a return visit because of wasps. He was very professional and prepared. I showed him where the issues was and he found the nest between two of my lawn chairs. Needless to say, I don’t have anymore wasps. Thanks for everything!!!
