Hi The technician Eric whom services my house this morning did an upstanding job. He was friendly, answered my concerns and very professional I did appreciate his work thank you and see you in 2 month.
Been having a huge bug problem since August of 2022 when the next door neighbors moved in and out with their German cockroaches. We have failed ever since then to get rid of them. All the other roaches were gone... just not the Germans. 😵💫 Neeless to say I have been beside myself. I was told it was a totally different treatment that they would have to do to handle the German cockroaches. I had to take all of the face plates off the light sockets throughout the entire house. Move all of my dishes and clear out everything from the pantries and cupboards. It was one hard job. I am 63 years old, have a husband who recently had a stroke and diagnosed with dementia. My 38-year-old son passed away recently and I'm raising his 9-year-old daughter. Life has been extremely hard. In walks Andrew from nature guard pest & lawn. I was a complete mess, having spent the entire night trying to get ready for this treatment. I was an emotional wreck. Andrew is an absolute saint. He went above and beyond any job at pest control. He was kind, compassionate, understanding and just an all-around wonderful human being. He took care of everything in my house. He took the time to explain to me the how's and why's of these nasty bugs. He tolerated my incessant crying and talking. He walked me through everything I needed to do as follow up. There are simply not enough words of praise that I could possibly think of to say how much Andrew did for me. He actually cared about everything that I was going through. What an excellent employee! Truly an asset to nature guard pest and lawn control. I've seen a few random cockroaches that I'm sure are in the process of dying. I have lived in this area for almost 4 years, I employed this service upon moving into a new home. I am extremely happy with their products. Today, I was home and saw Micheal spraying my back porch, I love not having to worry about insects. The best part is my outside patios, windows, and all overhangs are swept clean so everything looks very well kept. Great job!

Nature Guard did our initial service today after being unhappy with a previous pest control company. Cody came out to perform the service and he was excellent! Just had another Pest Control service by Nature guard. We've been using them for years and they've done an amazing job keeping bugs out of our house- which is goal number one! If we ever do have any little spiders that are making it past the barrier, they're quick to come in and spray, but that's a seasonal rarity. I bought my home 2 years ago in a pretty rough condition. Previous owner had many different bug issues inside and out. NG came to treat the property initially, and everything was eradicated fairly quickly. They've continued bimonthly service ever since and our home hasnt had a single issue since! Yay! This was my first experience using Nature Guard Pest & Lawn. Giving 5 stars for the 2 gentlemen that came out - Terrance and Ryan. They explained the work that was being done & what to expect, were friendly, and easy to work with. Like I said first time working with them but good experience.
Want to give a shout out to our Serviceman Cody, he is the sweetest guy and always does such a great job!
As always, they were just great, really listened, very professional and even flexible about scheduling. Highly recommend. And Michael was extra fantastic!

C.J (the owner) is the bomb. Flies have been just relentless this year and he totally took care of us just as well as the technician Cody who was equally as awesome!Also, they came out to take care of the wasps that were in our yard super bad one time.Thank y'all so much!!
Thanks for being there for us, i want this young black man, to always do our yard, sorry i suck at names, he lives in B.A. 5 kids, 4 girls 1 boy, building a new home. He rocked our house. And took out a wasps nest. Not to say others were not great, but please send him always .Thanks guys.

Michael A. Did a great job on my initial service today. He sprayed everything that was needed, explained all of the processes, and answered all of my questions. Believe me, there were a LOT of questions! 😅 He was courteous, kind, and respectful. I'm glad I found Nature Guard for service at my home.

Since we’ve been using Nature Guard the last few years; we hardly ever see any ants, spiders, or other pests in our house. Josh did a great job as all of their techs always do!

I'll tell you what we're new to Oklahoma and didn't realize the necessity to have pest control services here. I've used them in the past at other homes that I lived in in different states and always thought pest control companies were a joke. Here though, in Oklahoma I wouldn't have anybody servicing my house other than Nature Guard Pest and Lawn. These guys are courteous, thorough and very knowledgeable in all the services they provide. I never have to worry about bugs again because ever since they've been servicing our property, it's one thing we never have to worry about. Chantry Palmer, the owner of Nature Guard ensures all of his staff and technicians understand what quality Customer service truly is. If you're unhappy with your current pest control company, I guarantee reaching out to Nature guard will be the best thing you ever did.

We had Terrance on our latest job. He was incredible! Very thorough in his practice. He truly went above and beyond the call of action to give us the best experience possible. From knocking down dirt dobbers’ nests, and even cleaning them up afterwards! He was extremely friendly, and that is very appreciated!
